MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said on Wednesday his administration will not impose sanctions on Russia because of its invasion of Ukraine.
"We want to remain neutral," Lopez Obrador said, calling for dialogue.
