JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Tuesday he had consistently resisted pressure to end the Gaza war prematurely and that this stand has popular U.S. support that "will help us continue the campaign until total victory" over Hamas.
