SEOUL (Reuters) - South Korea's parliament will proceed with the re-vote of the special counsel act regarding first lady Kim Keon Hee at 5 p.m. (0800 GMT) before putting the impeachment bill of President Yoon Suk Yeol to a vote, local Yonhap News said.
