    MOSCOW, ​Dec 30 (Reuters) - ⁠Belarusian President ‍Alexander ​Lukashenko has signed ​a decree pardoning ‌22 ‌prisoners, ​the Belarusian news ‌agency ⁠Belta reported ‌on ​Tuesday.
