My name is Kevwe Okorodudu and I am a newscaster at Quews TV. In addition to being a newscaster I have also been involved in content management which consists of uploading the latest news articles unto the Quews TV website. Prior to working at Quews TV I have gained experience in writing features and articles ranging from a film review to a human interest feature. I hold a masters degree in Journalism and an honours degree in Writing and Publishing with Sociology.

A personable, engaging, renowned and English and Urdu language Television and Stage Presenter. I have expertise in building up audiences with my infectious and humorous personality. Extremely charismatic, motivated and with exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop initial rapport and trust with viewers. I deliver strong-on camera presentation with additional experience conducting interviews and contributing direct to program and channel growth.

A Medical Professional who loves keeping people smile and entertain. “I love presenting. I have interviewed famous stars, celebrities, personalities and young talent. I have pre-recorded and live shows experience. I have a great sense of humour, a joker in the family and trustworthy people’s person. I have directed, presented extensive special edition and live interviews with artist and special guests. I have been as a guest appearance myself in Pakistan’s top morning shows. I have strong relationship in Media industry and gained exceptional experience working along advance producers, actors, directors and production team.”

Laila has worked very closely with producers to produces stories and shape new cast in Islam Channel London. She has also worked with Duniya news, TV 99 and other channels. Laila has studied Journalism as well as medical from London. She has maintained a deep level of similarity of issues, newsmakers and current events responding to breaking news and other newsrooms situation required.

A former model, actor, active vlogger, published writer, highly talented presenter following her voice over talent for Euro Urdu language app and television news stories and dramas. “I am award-winning British Talent in Pakistan. I have appeared in British short film festival film “Independence”, model for GLL Gym, warner brothers Christmas advert, have been published in newspapers and magazines. Media is a part of me and I call it “my soul”. “I have studied drama from Tamasha theatre London and attended part time drama school in Chelsea years ago.”

I am a GMC registered doctor currently working in one of the busiest mental health units in North London. Having graduated from medical school a few years ago, I have recent experience in different areas of medicine such as Internal Medicine and Paediatrics which are physical health intensive.

This has been solidified by my ongoing role on an acute psychiatric ward which entails frequent physical health checks for each patient. A small part of my day to day tasks include performing ECG’s and monitoring patients’ vitals and bloods.

Having two siblings with a severe hearing disability, I have a keen interest in providing the right care to patients with learning disabilities since it resonates with me personally.

My motto in life is to live by ‘kaizen’ (continuous improvement); and I practice combining that with my experience and skillset to all my work experiences.
