BEIJING, March 11 (Reuters) - China "does not agree" with attacks on Gulf states and condemns all indiscriminate attacks on civilians and non-military targets, said Guo Jiakun, spokesperson at the Chinese foreign ministry, at a regular press conference on Wednesday.
