TEGUCIGALPA , Dec 15 - The President of Honduras' National Electoral Council (CNE), Ana Paola Hall, on Monday denounced that disturbances in the Central American nation have prevented a necessary recount of ballots from the November 30 presidential vote from starting.
In a post on X, Hall said disturbances seen in the capital, Tegucigalpa, have "prevented the necessary conditions for the special recount to begin."
