FRANKFURT, ‌Feb 23 (Reuters) - ​Lufthansa said ⁠it was operating flights to ​Mexico from ‌Frankfurt and Munich on Monday amid ⁠an ⁠outbreak of violence in Mexico within ‌hours of ⁠the ‌killing of ​drug lord Nemesio Oseguera, ‌better known ​as ⁠El Mencho, ‌in ⁠a military raid.
