South Korea president calls on North Korea to resume dialogue

SEOUL, ‌March 1 (Reuters) - South ​Korea President Lee ⁠Jae Myung said on Sunday ​he hopes North ‌Korea will resume dialogue as soon as ⁠possible to ⁠discuss a new era of relations between ‌the neighbours.

In a speech ⁠marking ‌the Koreas' ​107th March 1 Independence Movement Day, ‌Lee said ​he ⁠would make efforts ‌to ⁠restart talks with Pyongyang for peace ​on the ‌Korean peninsula.
