1. Eligibility to Subscribe:

In order to subscribe to the subscription services (each subscription will be labelled as a "Subscription"), you must meet the following selection (the "Eligibility Criteria"):

(A) for Quews Live, you must be located  within the United Kingdom, ("UK");

(B) for all subscription services, you must be at least 18 years old, or older if the legal age of the majority in your location or city is older than 18.

Individuals under the age of 18, or the applicable age of majority, may be able to access the subscription services only under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian who is a subscriber for the relevant service (each authorized individual will be named as an ‘Authorized User’)

2. Privacy

Our privacy policy outlines how we treat your personal data and safeguard your privacy when you use our services. Please read these Terms of Use and the privacy policy carefully.

3. Changes

(A) Changes to these Terms of Use.

(i) Platform Terms: Quews may change these Terms of Use as they apply to your use of any paid or free part of the services. Quews at any time may include or remove terms at any point, and such modifications will come into effect straight away upon uploading any content to the Platform. Your access to the service after such uploading shall be seen to bring agreement by you of such modifications, additions or deletions.

(ii) Quews Live Terms: Quews may also change these terms of use as they apply to Quews news: (1) which show changes to your subscription service, including where we modify how we organise your Subscription Service or widen the range of your Subscription Service by adding more items, effectiveness or  information; (2) to improve or rearrange the Terms, which consists of giving them more clarity; or (3) for legal, bureaucratic or security purposes, this includes meeting with the various modifications in consumer protection laws.

(iii) If you have a subscription to Quews news and the terms of use change, you will have the chance to look at the new terms before they come into place. If any modification places you at a disadvantage, we will endeavour to give you at least 30 days' notice in advance and clearly state how you can inform us if you refuse to accept the new terms.

(1) If you refuse to accept the new terms, the most recent edition of the terms of use that you chose previously will continue to stand in your use of the Quews news until your subscription expires.

(2) If you don’t inform us that you have chosen  to not agree with any such changes before they come into effect, we will take that as your agreement of the modifications.

(iv) The most recent version of the terms of use will continually be made accessible on the Platform.

For further information on changes to any subscription service, please see sub-paragraphs (B) and (C) below.

(B) Changes to the Platform. At various times, Quews may choose to make available updates, bug fixes, or other changes or enhancements to the Platform (collectively, "Service Updates").

(i) Service Updates may be: (1) automatic, such as in connection with general website changes and additional features or updates to data required by the platform; (2) at your election, in which instance you will receive information and instructions for how to authorize optional service updates; or (3) mandatory, in which case you will be required to consent to the service update or install or upgrade a third-party plug-in if you wish to maintain access to the platform. Please note that the platform may be unavailable during a service update.

(ii) If you access the Platform through a mobile or connected device, such changes may also be communicated through updated versions of the Platform software, which you consent to receive without further notice.

(iii) If any change materially limits the availability of the Platform, then in addition to posting the revised document on the Platform, we'll also communicate such a limit directly to you via the email address associated with your Quews account. Therefore, it is important that you keep your Quews account information up to date. Your continued use of the platform after the changes come into effect and, in the case of any Subscription, your failure to cancel the same before it renews or within any relevant notice period, will mean you agree to the changes. For more information on changes relating to Quews news, see sub-paragraph (C) below.

(C) Changes to Quews news. Quews will may make small adjustments to Quews news from time to time to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, implement technical adjustments and improvements (for example to address a security threat, improve your customer experience, or alter the design, branding and layout of Quews news). If we make any adjustments to Quews which places you at a disadvantage, including the availability of your subscription, Quews will notify you in advance and you may contact Quews to end your Subscription before the changes take effect and receive a refund for any Subscription Fees for services paid but not received.

(D) Subscription Price Changes. We may change the price of a Subscription. If you have signed up for a subscription to Quews news  we will give you at least 30 days' prior notice of price changes. If you do not want to continue your Subscription at the new price, you can terminate your Subscription before the start of the next subscription period. Your continuous use of your Subscription at the new price shall be taken as your  approval of  a price change.

4. Registration

(A) You may be given the chance to register through using an online registration form to create a user account (an "Account", "Your Account") that may allow you to gain information from Quews and/or to take part in particular features on the Platform.

(B) To sign up for the subscription services, you will need to create an account.

(C)  Quews will use the information you give in line with the Quews Privacy Policy.

(D) By registering, you acknowledge that the information provided on the registration form is accurate, up to date, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You promise to keep your registration information current, complete, and correct on the Platform and to update it as needed. You may be asked to choose a password and/or user name throughout the registration process. Quews tv may use this password or user name to identify you, and you recognise and consent to this. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your user name(s) and/or password(s), if applicable. You are responsible for all access to and use of Your Account, regardless of whether you authorised such access or use, and for any damages incurred as a result of such access or use.

 5. Telecommunications over the Internet

(A) Quews (and our third-party partners who are authorised to distribute Subscriptions on our behalf) (each, including Quews, a "Subscription Provider") may send you emails or other electronic messages about your Quews Account or any Subscription Services you have subscribed to.

(B) If you live outside of the UK, you agree to receive promotional communications, offers, surveys, and other materials electronically by creating an Account on the Platform or otherwise using the Platform.

(C) If you live in the United Kingdom, we will only send you emails with offers, surveys, and other promotional materials if you consent.

6. Equipment You are responsible for gathering and keeping all connection, computer software, hardware, and other equipment vital for access to and use of the Platform, as well as all fees linked with it.

Community Guidelines; User Content and Behaviour On the Platform's Interactive Areas, the following terms apply to user-submitted content and user behaviour:

Areas that are interactive. The Platform may have comment sections, discussion forums, or other interactive features (collectively, "Interactive Areas") where you can publish or upload user-generated content, such as comments, video, photographs, messages, or other materials or products (collectively, "User Content"). You are totally responsible for how you make use of the  Interactive Areas, and you do so at your own risk. Individuals aged 13 and up have access to the Interactive Areas. By submitting User Content, you acknowledge that you have read and understood  the terms and conditions.

Community Guidelines (B). You agree to respect the following standards of conduct by posting any User Content or participating in an Interactive Area within or in conjunction with The Platform:

• You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content that: will infringe on the rights of others in any way, including any comments that may defame, harass, stalk, or harm others.

You are aware that anything is false, misleading, or erroneous.

This consists of outright prejudice, racism, racially or ethnically insulting content, hate speech, abuse, vulgarity, or profanity.

This includes anything which contains or promotes pornography or sexually explicit content, paedophilia, incest, bestiality, or other forms of cruelty to animals.

You consent to the following in regards to the uploading of content to Quews news services:

not participate in anything which violates any law or advocates or provides instruction on dangerous, illegal, or predatory acts, or discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them not promote violent behavior to not be involved in activities which pose a reasonable threat to people or an individual.

not promote content which contains violent images of killing or physical abuse that appear to have been captured specifically, or solely, for exploitive,  or gratuitous reasons.

Quews news is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or other proprietary right and cannot be used without the owner's written consent. You are responsible for knowing whether or not any user content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or other intellectual right. You are fully responsible for any harm caused by any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, rights of publicity, or other proprietary rights, as well as any other damage caused by such a contribution. Quews news can determine whether anyone in its exclusive discretion, has broken the intellectual property laws, which does not generally relate to the designated subject or theme of any interactive area, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials with respect to products or services, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.

• You agree not to take part in any activity that would be considered as a criminal offense or give occasion to a civil liability.
• You agree that if deemed fit, you have the consent of each and every identifiable natural person in any submission to use such persons name or likeness in the manner considered by The Platform..
• You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, Quews news or any Quews news employee, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your association with any person or organisation.
• You agree not to represent or suggest, directly or indirectly, Quews news approval of user content.
• You agree not to interfere with any other user's right to privacy, this includes gathering or collecting personally-identifiable information about The Platform users or posting private information about a third party.
• You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content, software or other materials which contain a virus or other harmful or disruptive component.
• You agree not to interfere with or disrupt The Platform or the servers or networks connected to The service, or break any rules, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the platform.
• You undertake not to replicate, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of The Platform, use of The Platform, or entry to The Platform for any commercial purpose.
• You agree not to use any service, tool, or automated method to inflate the number of page views your User Content receives artificially. Pay-per-click services, web "robots," and any other present or future technology are all included. You also agree not to employ these services, technology, or automated systems on behalf of any third party.
• You agree not to use any technology, service, or automated method to produce more user content in a given period of time than a single person could post in that period. You also promise to refrain from leading people to using these features as the representative of someone else.

Any behaviour that in Quews news perception, prevents or limits others from using or enjoying The Platform will be prohibited. Quews news has the right to remove or change user content submitted by you, as well as to cancel Your Account, for any reason.

Quews news makes no representations as to the truth or reliability of any user content, and Quews news disclaims all responsibility and accountability for any actions you may take as a result of reading user content on the platform. You may be exposed to content that you may find repulsive, disagreeable, hurtful, inaccurate, or false as a result of your usage of the service. Dealing with minors and those under the age of eighteen can also be dangerous.

(C) Observation

Quews news has the right, but not the duty, to monitor user content submitted or uploaded to the platform in order to determine compliance with these terms of use and any Quews tv regulations, as well as to comply with any law, regulation, or approved government request. Quews news has no obligation to monitor, screen, edit, or remove any user content posted or uploaded to the platform; however, Quews news reserves the right, and has complete discretion, to screen, edit, refuse to post, or remove any user content posted or uploaded to The Platform at any time and for any reason, and you are solely responsible for making backup copies of and replacing any user content posted or uploaded to the platform.

(ii) Quews news decision to monitor and/or alter user content does not imply, and shall not be construed to imply, any duty or obligation on Quews TV's behalf in connection with or arising from your use of interactive features on the platform.

(D) User Content License

By submitting user content to the platform, you automatically grant Quews news a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and licence, but not the obligation, to use, publish, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, share, sublicense, and otherwise exploit such user content (in whole or in part)  in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of the licence, in any form, media, or regardless of the preceding, if Quews newsTV licences your user content as a stand-alone product,

8. Ownership of Copyright

(A) The Platform contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information, such as text, software, photographs, video, graphics, music, and sound, among other things ("Content"). Quews news owns or licences the content on the Platform (including the Subscription Services), and it is subject to our (or our licensor's) copyright, trade mark rights, and other intellectual property rights. Other than the right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms of Use, you have no intellectual property rights in or to any portion of it.

(B) You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part. Where download functionality is provided on the platform, you may download copyrighted material for your personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express permission of Quews news  and the copyright owner. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.

9. Third Party Content

(A) Quews news is a distributor (and not a publisher or creator) of content provided by third parties and users. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers or users of the platform, are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of Quews news. Neither Quews nor any third-party provider of information guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, nor its merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. (Refer to Section 25 below for the complete provisions governing limitation of liabilities and disclaimers of warranty.)

(B) In many instances, the content available through the platform represents the opinions and judgments of the respective user or information provider not under contract with Quews news. Quews neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made on the platform by any third party. Under no circumstances will Quews news be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused by your use or reliance on information obtained through the platform. Quews news is not responsible for any actions or inaction on your part based on the information that is presented on the platform. It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information, opinion, advice or other content available through the platform. Please seek the advice of professionals, as appropriate, in regards to  the examination  of any specific data, opinion, advice or other content.

10. License

 (A) Quews news offers you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform and watch content through the platform on compatible devices for personal, non-commercial purposes while your subscription is active and in good standing, subject to these terms of Use.

(B) You must have  a computer, mobile device, streaming media player, or other device that meets the system and compatibility criteria which is enforced  from time to time in order to access the platform. The platform may offer different features and operations depending on the device. Please review the qualification regularly, as Quews news retains the right to change them.

(C) Your compatible device must have a high-speed internet connection in order to access the platform. Any charges associated with your internet service used to access the platform are your responsibility. Depending on the terms of your internet service provider's agreement, your use of the platform may count toward your data use.

(D) You recognise that the platform may be inaccessible or inoperable from time to time for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to:  equipment malfunctions; (ii) Quews news periodic maintenance procedures or repairs; or (iii) causes beyond Quews news control or that are not reasonably foreseeable by Quews news.

(E) The length of time you have access to any piece of content will vary depending on the rights granted to that content and the terms of your subscription (where you have a Subscription).

(F) Any unauthorised copy of any part of the platform, including the content, underlying software, or any portion thereof, shall be considered a copyright violation. Quews news may suspend, disable, or terminate your subscription and/or access to all or any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you infringe on our (or any of our licensor's) intellectual property rights, if you seriously break these terms of Use, or if you do anything else that Quews news regards as inappropriate.

(G) Regardless of the number of devices on which the platform is available, Quews news may regulate the maximum number of simultaneous streams per account (across all content on the platform). Quews has the right to adjust the maximum number of simultaneous streams and/or the number of registered devices that you may utilise at any time.

(H) If you live in the United Kingdom and have a Subscription, we'll give you advance notice of any changes to the maximum number of simultaneous streams or the maximum number of registered devices you can use with your Subscription.

(I) You may not reverse engineer, copy, convert executable, take apart, take the source code of, change, or create similar works from the source code.

11. Payment & Billing

(A) Payment is the first step. You agree to pay Quews the applicable subscription cost, as well as any applicable taxes and service fees, on a fixed cycle, as stated to you when you sign up for an account with Quews news and provide us with your valid payment credentials, such as your debit card information ("Payment Method") (collectively, the "Subscription Fee").

(B) Billing Cycle

(i) Quews news or one of our authorised payment processors will process your billing for Quews news-purchased subscriptions ("Payment Service"). The initial Subscription Fee will be charged to your Payment Method on the date you receive confirmation of your purchase.  Unless you cancel your Subscription prior to renewal, the Subscription Fee will be invoiced on an ongoing, regular basis at the start of each new monthly or annual billing cycle (as applicable, depending on your Subscription). Please keep in mind that billing cycles may differ. It's important to keep in mind that the timing of your bills may vary.

(ii) (For example, if your Payment Method fails, such as if your credit card expires). Prior to establishing your Subscription, you should double-check the applicable billing regulations. [insert details] can check your Subscription billing and payment information.

(ii) If you access or purchase a Subscription through a third party (other than Quews news) (a "Subscription Provider"), the Subscription Provider or its authorised vendor will take care of your billing (s). Moreover,  these Terms of Use in relation to the   Subscription Provider's terms and conditions will apply.

(C) Unpaid Amounts 

After an unsuccessful attempt, Quews news has the right to retry or allow the Payment Service to try again charging your Payment Method (e.g., if your Payment Method is refused).

(i) We also have the right to go after or allowt the payment Service or another third party to go after any amounts you fail to pay in connection with your Subscription, and we have the right to suspend access to your Subscription until we (or the relevant third party) have obtained a valid payment method.

(ii) You shall remain responsible for any such sums and all costs raised  in connection with their collection, including, without limitation, bank overdraft fees, collection agency fees, reasonable attorneys' fees, and arbitration costs, unless otherwise directed.

(D) Changing the payment method

You can change your  method of payment with Quews news at any moment by calling customer service, who will gladly assist you. If you want to change your payment method with a subscription provider, you'll need to contact them.

(i) You are liable for the expense of the subscription fee if Quews news or your subscription provider is unable to charge your payment method for the subscription Fee owing to insufficient funds, expired or invalid account credentials, or any other reason.

(ii) If you modify your payment method, your previous billing cycle may differ. It is your responsibility  to keep the payment method linked with your Subscription up to date and in good working condition. If your payment method is unable to cover the Subscription Fee, subscription provider and Quews news  both retain the right to suspend your access to the platform until your payment Method is updated and the subscription fee is paid in full.

12. Your subscription cancelled

(A) SUBSCRIPTIONS CAN BE TERMINATED AT ANY TIME. TO AVOID BEING CHARGED THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR TO IT BEING RENEWED.

(B) If you want to cancel your subscription, it will be effective at the end of the current subscription period. You will have access to your subscription until the end of the then-current subscription period in this case. If you have a Quews subscription, you must cancel it through Quews news by going to your Account's 'Settings' page or contacting customer support, who may assist you in cancelling your subscription or respond to any questions you may have about cancellations.

(C) If you purchased your subscription through a subscription provider, you must terminate your Subscription with that Subscription Provider directly.

(D) REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION, to the extent permitted by relevant law and without prejudice to your statutory rights. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR ALLOCATED  BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN TERMINATED.. As previously stated, you will have access to the subscription service until the end of the then-current subscription period if you cancel your subscription

(E) If you acquired your subscription through a subscription provider, such a third party may, in certain situations, provide refunds, discounts, or other incentives. Check each subscription provider's terms of service.

(F) Subscriptions withdrawal rights If you live in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to a 14-day "cooling off" period, which permits you to cancel your Subscription agreement. When you purchased a Quews news subscription, you also requested immediate access to the subscription content and agreed to waive your legal right to cancel and claim a refund.

13. Trial offers, student discounts, and special offers

(A) Free trials are available. A subscription Service may be made available to you for a fixed timeframe as a free trial ("Trial Subscription"). The trial subscription's length will be specified in the applicable offer at sign-up. Unless otherwise noted, trial subscriptions are only available to new subscribers. Quews news or the relevant Subscription Provider will determine your status as a new subscriber in their exclusive discretion. Unless otherwise noted, these terms apply to any trial Subscription.

(B) In order to utilise the applicable subscription service during the trial subscription period, you must submit a valid Payment Method when signing up for a trial subscription. During the trial subscription term, your payment method will not be charged.

(C) IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE, THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE RELEVANT SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON THE EXPIRATION OF YOUR TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION.

(D) If we offer you a trial subscription or other promotion (such as a discounted price) for your subscription, the exact conditions of the promotion will be disclosed during sign-up or in other materials outlining the individual deal. Unless you properly cancel before the promotion time ends, the Payment Service will begin paying your Payment Method for your subscription at the standard Subscription Fee after your promotion period finishes.

(E) Unless required by law, you will not receive an alert from Quews news that your trial subscription is due to expire.

(F) For more information about your Trial Subscription, including the date it expires, go to the "Billing Information" screen in your "Settings" tab on the Platform for the most up-to-date information in our records, or contact your subscription provider directly if you subscribed through a subscription provider.

(G) Promotional Offers: In the event of a new/following discount or promotional offering after you register with the Platform, no refunds, changes, or price protection will be applied to your Subscription Fee. Any "new customer" incentive can only be used once by new customers. The conditions for a special promotion will be specified at the time of application.

(H) You agree not to register for the same promotional offer more than once by using different names, addresses, email addresses, or other methods. Any such action is a breach of these Terms, and your account may be terminated as a result.

14. Control and Consent of Parents

(A) THE PLATFORM MAY CONTAIN CONTENT THAT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL AGE GROUPS OR VIEWERS.

(B) IN THE UK, THE BRITISH BOARD OF FILM CLASSIFICATION RATES MOST ENTERTAINMENT CONTENT ACCORDING TO GUIDELINES ESTABLISHED BY THE BRITISH BOARD OF FILM CLASSIFICATION (AS APPLICABLE). HOWEVER, YOU MAY DISAGREE WITH HOW CERTAIN CONTENT IS RATED, AND SOME CONTENT MAY NOT BE RATED AND/OR CONTAIN STRONG OR PROFANE LANGUAGE, VIOLENCE, ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, DRUG OR SUBSTANCE ABUSE, NUDITY, SEXUAL CONTENT, MATURE THEMES AND/OR MATURE CONTENT INTENDED ONLY FOR ADULTS OR THOSE UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION.

(C) Different people have different reactions to the same content. You may encounter Content that is offensive, inappropriate, explicit, or objectionable, as is the case with many websites and content platforms. You are aware of the dangers and willingly accept them. Additionally, Quews news provides content kinds, genres, categories, and descriptions as suggestions to assist with exploration, and Quews news can not promise that you will agree with them.

(D) You acknowledge and agree that if you choose to access or view any adult or mature content on the platform, or if you allow an authorized user to watch or view any adult or mature content on the platform, you may be exposed to visual images and sounds that depict nudity, sexual activity, violence, adult language, alcohol, tobacco, drug, or substance use, or are otherwise graphic in nature.You agree that you and all Authorized Users use the platform at your own risk, that you are solely liable for all use of your Account, including that of each Authorized User, and that Quews news and/or your Subscription Provider shall not be responsible to you, any Authorized User, or any third party for any Content viewed or accessed on your Account.

15. Restrictions on Content Use

(A) You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transfer, sell, licence, publish, enter into a database, display, perform publicly, change, create derivative works, upload, edit, post, link to, frame, transfer, rent, lease, lend or sublicense or in any way exploit any part of the Platform, except that you may access and display material and all other Content displayed on the platform for non commercial, personal, entertainment use for a limited period as strictly permitted.

(B) You are not permitted to use knowledge discovery, robots, viruses, worms, bugs, or other data collection and extraction techniques on the platform or any component of the platform, or frame any portion of the platform, or attempt to tamper, hack, damage, or impair the platform's administration and/or security.

(C) Without restricting the preceding, you may not spread, sell, or offer for sale any element of the platform via any network, including a local area network. You may not allocate, sublicense, pledge, or transfer any of your rights or responsibilities under these terms without Quews news prior written permission, which Quews news may withhold in its sole discretion (and any such purported assignment, pledge or transfer without such prior written consent shall be void from the outset). Furthermore, no database may be built using the platform's content files or other parts.

(D) You accept that your use of the platform and your account is non-transferable. Any authorization to reproduce material granted by Quews news in any part of the Platform for any reason is restricted to watching  a single copy for non-commercial, personal, entertainment use only, and is subject to your keeping complete  all copyright, trademark and other regstered notices.

(E) It is forbidden to use any material on any other service or networked computer system. Decompiling, reverse engineering, taking apart , or otherwise reducing the code used in any software or digital rights management feature on the Platform into a readable form in order to examine the construction of such software and/or copy or create other products based (in whole or in part) on or compatible with such software or any feature of the platform is also disallowed (unless you have a legal right to do so), as is disrupting and/or recording network communications (unless you have a legal right to do so).

(F) Quews news respects other people's intellectual property and urges Platform users to do likewise. Quews news , its licensees, and content partners reserve the right to prosecute any violation of copyright or other intellectual property laws to the fullest extent of the law, including civil and criminal penalties, or to cancel your agreement with us for access to the Platform (including any Subscription Service) if such a violation occurs.

16. Downloads, Content, and Content Limitations

(A) In conjunction with your use of the platform, content such as video, audio, graphics, photographs, text, special features, software, and communications may be streamed to you or otherwise made available to you. The content on the subscription services will change from time to time, and Quews makes no guarantees about the availability or accessibility of any specific items of content at any given moment.

(B) Please keep in mind that some Content may indicate an access window in which you can view it. The access window will normally last four (4) to eight (8) weeks, but because these times may differ you should read the description provided with the Content carefully. DURING THE APPLICABLE ACCESS WINDOW, YOU MAY WATCH THE CONTENT AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WISH, BUT ONCE THE ACCESS WINDOW FOR A SPECIFIC CONTENT ITEM ENDS, YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO VIEW THAT PIECE OF CONTENT.

It is your responsibility to closely watch  the access window for each piece of content available via the platform, and Quews news and its partners and associates accept no responsibility for any access windows or the expiration thereof.

(C) Ckws news holds the right to disable access to any Content at any time, regardless of the posted access windows or its programming schedules, in its sole discretion. Please keep in mind that not all Content will be available to all users on all devices that are compatible.

(D) Your ability to access specific content may be limited by your geographic location (you will not be able to watch content outside of the Service Area), your ability to manage  an internet connection, and the bandwidth and equipment you use to access the platform.

(E) You should carefully read each piece of content's complete description to determine your alternatives for viewing or accessing that content. While we make every effort to keep the content descriptions current, Quews news cannot guarantee that they will always be complete, current, or accurate.

(F) As a result of any access you are provided to the platform as a result of your subscription or account, no ownership of any part of the content is transferred.

(G) Quews news employs a variety of technologies in order to offer you with the best possible watching experience. However, the style  of the content, your location, the speed and capacity of your internet service, and the devices utilised, among other things, may impact the quality of the content, including resolution. The availability of HD, Ultra HD, and 4K Ultra HD for specific content is dependent on your internet service and device capabilities. Not every piece of content is available in every format.

The time it takes you to start playing content depends on a variety of factors, including your location, internet bandwidth, the number of devices connected to the same network at the same time, the content you've chosen, and the device's setup. As a result, Quews news cannot provide any guarantees concerning the content in these areas.

17. Suspension and Termination

(A) Quews news and any subscription Provider may immediately suspend or terminate your subscription and/or access to the platform and/or your account if Quews or any subscription provider has reasonable grounds to do so, including (but not limited to) if Quews and/or any subscription provider reasonably determines that you have seriously breached these terms, your use of the subscription or access to the platform is likely to have a serious repercussion on any other third party including Quews news or gathers information that you no longer meet the criteria.

(B) If we decide to stop providing any portion of a subscription service, we will aim to give you at least 30 days' notice (unless we have to stop providing the subscription service (or any part of it) right away for legal or security reasons, such as to comply with a court order). If we stop providing a subscription service, we may provide you a refund for the portion of the subscription service that you have not yet received.

(C) If we stop or suspend your rights to use the platform (in whole or in part), you must stop using those portions of the platform promptly, and your rights under these terms relating to such parts will automatically come to an end.

(D) You may cancel your agreement with us at any time by following the procedure outlined in Section 12 above. Please keep in mind that you are still liable for all subscription fees incurred prior to the termination date.

(E) The provisions of Sections 8, 9, 15, 20 - 30, and —Annex 1 will survive the expiration of these terms of services.

18. Customer Service

(A) Please visit our Help Center for our FAQs if you have any Customer Service questions about the Platform or your Quews news Subscription (including Subscription Fee and Payment Method).

(B) Please contact your subscription provider directly for customer service issues connected to your subscription through a Subscription Provider other than Quews news (including subscription Fee and payment Method) or other billing-related issues.

(C) We take security very seriously. We have imposed security measures designed to ensure the protection of our subscribers. Please see the Help Center for details. 

19. Promotions and advertisements 

(A) On the platform, Quews may display advertising and promotions from third parties. Any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations affiliated  with your business dealings or correspondence with, or involvement  in promotions of, advertisers other than Quews news, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party.

(B) Quews news is not liable or responsible for any loss or damage of any kind brought as a consequence of any such actions or the presence of third-party advertisers on the platform.

20. Comments and Postings

(A) Some parts of the platform may prompt you to submit input. Please note that Quews news does not accept unsolicited concepts, creative ideas, proposals, tales, or other forms of potential content. This is to prevent future misunderstandings if Quews news staff or representatives produce initiatives that appear to others to be similar to submitted thoughts, creative ideas, suggestions, stories, or other possible content. Please do not send any unsolicited submissions to Quews news. In any case, none of the information you send us will be kept private.

(B) Please understand that your feedback will not be recognised  and will not create a confidential, depositary, or other special relationship between you and Quews news or any of its subscription providers, licensees, successors, or assigns, nor will it place Quews, or any of its subscription providers, affiliates, licensees, successors, or assigns in a position that differs from that held by members of the general public. You recognise and agree that neither Quews news nor any of its subscription providers, licensees, successors, or assignee has or will have any responsibility or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, in regards to the infringement or patent infringement.

(C) If you or other users use the platform to post and exchange information, content, ideas, or opinions ("Postings"), please be aware that Quews news does not screen, edit, or review uploads before they appear on the platform or elsewhere, and postings do not reflect Quews news views.Quews news disclaims all responsibility and liability for the postings, as well as any damages or expenses incurred as a result of their use and/or publication on the Platform or elsewhere, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. Quews news reserves the right (but not the responsibility) to monitor all postings and to remove any that it deems objectionable or otherwise in violation of these Terms or general community standards and concepts of decency in its sole discretion. You represent and affirm that you have all required rights in and to all postings you supply, including all material, content, and information contained therein, and that such postings do not violate or infringe on any proprietary, intellectual property, or other third-party rights.

(D) When utilising the platform, please use caution. You may only use the platform for lawful reasons and in compliance with the law, and you may not store, distribute, or transmit any unlawful material through the platform. You are not permitted to gather or store personal data about other users. You understand that storing, disseminating, or transmitting illegal material may subject you to criminal and/or civil penalties.

You accept that if a third party alleges that material you provided to the platform is illegal, you will be responsible for proving that it is legal.

21. Hyperlinks to and from third-party websites

Without Quews news prior written consent, you may not link to the platform from any third-party site. The platform, on the other hand, may direct you to other websites, including those owned or operated by Quews news or our Subscription Providers.

(A) These websites may have information or materials that some people find offensive or improper. These other sites are not within Quews news control, and you understand that Quews news is not liable for the precision, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of such sites (whether or not such sites are linked in any way with Quews news or its subscription providers). The presence of such a link does not imply that Quews endorses or is affiliated with the site's administrators.

(B) Quews news cannot guarantee that any products or services purchased from a third-party site linked to or from the platform will meet your expectations. Quews news does not support any of the products, and Quews news has taken no efforts to verify the authenticity or reliability of any of the material on these third-party websites. We have no obligation to pre-screen third-party information, products, or services (collectively "Third-Party Content"), but we do have the right to refuse to post or alter Third-Party Content that is provided. We have the right to remove third-party content at any time for any reason, but we are not liable for any failure or delay in doing so. Quews news makes no claims or assurances about the security of any information (including, without limitation, credit card and other personal information) you may be asked to provide to any third party, and you conclusively waive any claim against us in connection with such sites.

Before engaging in any online transaction with any of these third parties, we highly advise you to conduct any research you deem necessary or suitable.

(C) Any section of the platform accessed via a third-party proprietary online service is subject to the third-party proprietary online service's rules, standards, and guidelines.

22. Abuse of the System

(A) Any resource, or access to any resource, contained on the Platform may not be reproduced, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited.

(B) You are not permitted to use any Platform-related services or facilities to breach security or tamper with system resources and/or accounts. It is strictly forbidden to use or distribute tools meant to compromise security (e.g., password guessing programmes, cracking tools, or network probing tools).

(C) If Quews news suspects you of taking part in any of the activities described in this Section or other fraudulent activity in connection with your use of the platform, we have the right to take any action necessary to resolve the situation, including terminating your account or subscription.

23. Violations/Investigations

(A) Quews news and its subscription providers hold  the right to investigate alleged violations of these terms, and may seek information from the user accused of breaching these terms, as well as any other user. We have the right to suspend any users whose behaviour is under scrutiny and to remove any material from our servers as we see fit, with or without notice.

We may issue warnings, suspend usernames and passwords, terminate Quews news accounts or take other corrective action deemed fit if we believe a breach of these terms has taken place. In some cases, we may be required to reveal personally identifiable information in response to legal procedure, such as a court order or a subpoena. We may also provide such information in response to a request from a law enforcement agency or as otherwise specified in our privacy policy.

(B) BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS QUEWS NEWS AND ITS SUBSCRIPTION PROVIDERS FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY CNN OR ITS SUBSCRIPTION PROVIDERS (TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW). DURING OR AS AN OUTCOME OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR AS A CONSEQUENCE OF ANY PROCEDURES TAKEN AS A RESULT OF INVESTIGATIONS BY QUEWS NEW, ITS SUBSCRIPTION PROVIDERS, OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

(C) If you are based in the United Kingdom, these terms do not affect your current legal rights under the laws of your jurisdiction, and Quews news will remain liable for death or personal harm caused by its own carelessness.

24. Terms of Third-Party Subscription Providers

(A) These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Quews news, not with any subscription provider (s). subscription providers will not be obligated to offer maintenance and support services, or to react to product claims related to the platform, unless otherwise stated above. Any product or intellectual property claims linked with the platform are not the responsibility of subscription providers. Please verify your subscription provider's terms of service and user agreements to ensure that you are in compliance.

(B) Because subscription providers are generally liable for payment, billing, and cancellation rights, in the event of a conflict between the provisions in the relevant third-party terms and conditions and our terms of use, the provisions in the relevant third-party terms and conditions will prevail.

(C) Subscribers on iOS: In addition to the Terms set forth below, accessing the platform via iOS products is subject to the App Store Terms of Use. Apple, Inc. ("Apple") and any of its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, which you acknowledge and agree. Apple will have the right (and will be believed to have acknowledged the right) to enforce these terms as a third party beneficiary if you accept these terms.

25. Limitation of Liability and Time Limitation for Claims; Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability and Time Limitation for Claims

(A) The following terms apply if you are located in the Service Area:

THE PLATFORM AND ALL MATERIALS, INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, FACILITIES, SERVICES, CONTENT, PARENTAL CONTROLS, FEATURES, AND OTHER ASPECTS OF THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, DECLARED OR IMPLIED, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.QUEWS TV, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSCRIPTION PROVIDERS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, AND/OR LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PER QUEWS NEWS, ITS ASSOCIATES, SUBSCRIPTION PROVIDERS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, AND/OR LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM'S FUNCTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE

QUEWS TV, ITS ASSOCIATES, SUBSCRIPTION PROVIDERS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, AND/OR LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE MATERIAL, INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, FACILITIES, FUNCTIONS, OR OTHER CONTENT IN THE PLATFORM, OR ANY SITES LINKED TO THE PLATFORM.

(i) SOME AUTHORITES PROHIBIT THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, AS WELL AS THE DISCLAIMER OF SOME TYPES OF DAMAGES. (iii) YOU AGREE THAT QUEWS AND ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, SUBSCRIPTION PROVIDERS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS AND ASSIGNS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, MEMBERS AND DIRECTORS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") ARE NOT LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST INFORMATION ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING IN ANY WAY FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM, THE CONTENT, OR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE TECHNICAL OPERATION OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF QUEWS NEWS  IS AWARE OR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY NEGLIGENCE, ACTS OF GOD, TELECOMMUNICATIONS FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OF, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED MATTERS"). NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, QUEWS NEWS AND/OR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PROVIDER'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU, SOLELY FOR THE QUEWS LIVE PLATFORM (AS APPLICABLE) DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF SOME TYPES OF DAMAGES. IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS, THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS WILL APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY DAMAGES YOU SUSTAIN FROM QUEWS NEWS ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM ARE NOT IRREPARABLE AND ARE INADEQUATE TO ENTITLE YOU TO AN INJUNCTION OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF RESTRICTING THE AVAILABILITY OF OR ANY PERSON'S ABILITY TO ACCESS ANY PORTION OF THE PLATFORM.(iv) THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF QUEWS NEWS AND/OR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES.

(iv) As part of this waiver and release, you agree that you are aware that you may discover claims that are currently unknown or unsuspected, or facts that are in addition to or different from those that you know or believe to be true in the future. Nonetheless, you intend to release all Released Matters completely, finally, and forever under these Terms. To that end, the releases set forth in these Terms shall be and remain in force as full and complete releases notwithstanding the discovery or existence of any new or different claims or facts relevant thereto, to the extent permitted by your local legislation.

Quews news makes no representation or guarantee as to the accuracy, currency, or adequacy of any information, facts, views, opinions, comments, or recommendations published on the platform or in the content. Any reference to a third-party product, process, publication, or service by trade name, domain name, trademark, service mark, logo, manufacturer, or otherwise does not indicate or imply Quews news validation or recommendation of that product, process, publication, or service. Quews news and/or your subscription provider do not validate or reflect the views and opinions of platform users.

IF APPLICABLE LAW PREVENTS ALL OR PART OF THE ABOVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FROM APPLYING TO YOU, THE LIMITATIONS WILL ONLY APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

(v) QUEWS NEWS  DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITYOF ANY KIND FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION. BY ACCESSING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO QUEWS NEWS DISCLAIMER OF ANY SUCH LIABILITY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU SHOULD NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

(vi) TO THE EXTENT AUTHORIZED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE SERVICE OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND/OR THE PLATFORM, THESE TERMS OF USE, OR THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN US, MUST BEGIN WITHIN ONE YEAR OF THE RELEVANT EVENTS. A DISPUTE IS COMMENCED IF IT IS FILED IN AN ARBITRATION OR, IF THE DISPUTE IS NON-ARBITRABLE, A COURT WITH JURISDICTION, DURING THE ONE-YEAR PERIOD. IF YOU OR WE PROVIDE NOTICE OF A DISPUTE UNDER ANNEX 1 (DISPUTE RESOLUTION), THE ONE-YEAR PERIOD IS TOLLED FOR 60 DAYS FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF THE NOTICE OF DISPUTE. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE—THAT IS, GIVE UP—THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY THAT IS NOT FILED WITHIN ONE YEAR AND ANY RIGHT YOU OR WE MAY HAVE HAD TO PURSUE THAT CONTENTION, CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY IN ANY FORUM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

(B) If you are based in the UK, the above provisions of (A) will not apply. Unless caused by Quews news negligence or Qews news own violation, with respect to the platform, the content, any Subscription, Quews news live broadcasts, or  anything which bears similarity, Quews news  is not accountable for:

(i) any use of the platform, subscription, or content by you that is not authorised by Quews news under these terms of use, including any loss of profits if you endeavour to use or display the service for any commercial purpose; or (ii) any use of the platform, subscription, or content by you that is not permitted by Quews news under these terms of use.

(ii) any inability or failure to supply any part of the platform, subscription, or content, or any loss of content or data as a result of:

(1) your equipment, devices, operating system or internet connection (including the providers of such products or services, as well as malware, viruses or bugs originating from third parties or on any of your devices), or as a result  of you changing your equipment, device, operating system or internet connection; or

(2) your failure to download any update or the most recent published version of the Platform, or to meet the compatibility critieria.

26 Indemnification If you reside in the service area, you agree to indemnify and hold Quews news, the Subscription Provider(s), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents, and licensors, as well as the officers, directors, employees, members, and shareholders of all of the foregoing (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties"), harmless from and against all third-party claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from

YOUR BREACH (OR ALLEGATION THAT, IF TRUE, WOULD CONSTITUTE A BREACH) OF YOUR REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, COVENANTS OR OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER; YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE OR ANY LAW; YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND/OR THE CONTENT IN VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE; INFORMATION OR CONTENT POSTED OR SPREAD THROUGH YOUR AUTHORIZED DEVICE OR ACCOUNT, EVEN IF NOT SUBMITTED BY YOU, THAT INFRINGES ANY COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK, TRADE SECRET, TRADE DRESS, PATENT, PUBLICITY, PRIVACY OR OTHER RIGHT OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY OR DEFAMES ANY PERSON OR ENTITY; AND ANY MISREPRESENTATION MADE BY YOU. YOU WILL COOPERATE AS FULLY AND AS REASONABLY REQUIRED IN QUEWS DEFENSE OF ANY CLAIM. QUEWS HOLDS THE RIGHT, AT ITS OWN EXPENSE, TO ASSUME THE EXCLUSIVE DEFENSE AND CONTROL OF ANY MATTER OTHERWISE SUBJECT TO INDEMNIFICATION BY YOU, AND YOU SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT SETTLE ANY SUCH MATTER WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF .

YOUR VIOLATION (OR ALLEGATION THAT, IF TRUE, WOULD CONSTITUTE A BREACH) OF YOUR REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, COVENANTS OR OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER; YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE OR ANY LAW; YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND/OR THE CONTENT IN VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE; INFORMATION OR CONTENT UPLOADED OR TRANSFERRED THROUGH YOUR AUTHORIZED DEVICE OR ACCOUNT, EVEN IF NOT SUBMITTED BY YOU, THAT INFRINGES ANY COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK, TRADE SECRET, TRADE DRESS, PATENT, PUBLICITY, PRIVACY OR OTHER RIGHT OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY OR SLANDERS ANY PERSON OR AUTHORITY; AND ANY MISREPRESENTATION MADE BY YOU.

28. Governing Law and Venue

(A) If you are based in in the Service Area:

(i) the content, data, video, and all other material and features on the platform are displayed for the purpose of providing entertainment, news and/or information and/or promoting programs, and other products and/or services that are or may become available in the United Kingdom , its territories, possessions, and protectorates; and

(B) If you are based in the United Kingdom, the terms of service will be regulated by English and Welsh law and constructed accordingly. You have the right to file a claim in the English and Welsh courts if you have a dispute with these terms of service. If you live in Scotland, you have the option of filing a lawsuit in either the Scottish or English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you have the option of filing a lawsuit in either Northern Irish or English courts.

29. Seriousness

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be deemed withdrawn from this Agreement and will have no bearing on the validity or enforceability of the other terms, except as specified in Annex 1. (Dispute Resolution). The parties will be bound by the enforceable elements of these terms of use.

30. Differential

(A) The parties' complete agreement with respect to the subject matter of these terms, as well as any operational guidelines for the platform created by Quews news, supersedes any previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to that subject matter.

(B) These terms of service apply to Quews news, subsidiaries, other affiliates, and third-party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to proclaim and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.

(C) You accept complete

responsibility for conformity with all local laws if you access the platform, including its interactive areas, from a location other than the United Kingdom. If you are based in the service area, you are additionally subject to United Kingdom export controls and are liable for any violations of UK embargoes.

(D) No waiver by either party of any breach or default under this Agreement will be regarded as a waiver of any subsequent or preceding breach or default. The section headers used in this document are just for the sake of convenience and have no legal importance.

(E) Neither Quews news nor you shall be responsible for damages or for delays or failures in performance resulting from actions or occurrences beyond their reasonable control, including, without limitation: fire, lightning, explosion, power surge or failure, internet failure, water, pandemics or epidemics, acts of God, war, terrorism, revolution, civil commotion or acts of civil or military authorities or public enemies: any law, order, regulation, ordinance, or requirement of any government or legal body or any representative of any such government or legal body; or labor unrest, including without limitation, strikes, slowdowns, picketing, or boycotts; ineffectiveness  to secure raw materials, transportation facilities, fuel or energy shortages, or acts or omissions of other common carriers.

31. Copyrights and Copyright

(A) Quews news  respects the rights of all copyright holders, and as a result, Quews news has adopted and embraced a policy that allows users and account holders who infringe on copyright holders' rights to be terminated in suitable situations.

(B) If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Quews news Copyright Agent.

(C) If you are based in the Service Area, you should additionally provide the following information:

(i) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

(ii) Identification of the copyright work claimed to have been compromised, or a representative list of such works at that site if numerous copyrighted works at a single web site are covered by a single report;

(iii) Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing conduct that must be deleted or access to which must be restricted, as well as information reasonably sufficient to enable us to locate the material;

(iv) Information reasonably sufficient to enable us to contact the complaining party;

(v) A statement that the plaintiff has a good-faith belief that use of the information in the manner complained of is not permitted by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

(vi) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the plaintiff  is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
