    March ‌7 (Reuters) - ​U.S. President ⁠Donald Trump on ​Saturday ‌announced a new military ⁠coalition ⁠to "eradicate cartels" in the ‌Western ⁠Hemisphere ‌and ​said 17 nations ‌had formally ​entered ⁠the ‌alliance.
