MINNEAPOLIS, ​Jan 29 (Reuters) - President Donald Trump's ⁠border czar Tom Homan said ‍on Thursday that ​agreements with state and local officials ​could lead to an ICE drawdown.

"This is common ‌sense cooperation that ‌allows to draw ​down on the number of ‌people we have ⁠here," Homan said ‌at ​a news conference in Minneapolis.
