White House: the US is open to dialogue with North Korea without preconditions, Yonhap says

SEOUL, ‌Feb 27 (Reuters) - The ​United States remains ⁠open to dialogue with North Korea ​without preconditions, South ‌Korea's Yonhap news agency and other media ⁠reported ⁠on Friday, citing the White House as saying.

North ‌Korean leader Kim Jong ⁠Un ‌said this ​week there was no reason to ‌not have ​a ⁠good relationship with the ‌U.S. ⁠if Washington withdraws what he called "hostile ​policy" against ‌his country.
